Local Delivery Fees: We can deliver ourselves by using a local Courier. (Areas include: Lancashire including Manchester and West Yorkshire areas only) Local delivery Charges are from £3 Including these towns: Burnley, Blackburn, Blackburn, Accrington, Nelson, Colne, Rawtenstall, Manchester, Bury, Bolton, Rochdale, Blackpool, Preston. You will need to call us for a local delivery price.
Standard Delivery Charges (Mail Order Delivery Prices using Royal Mail, DHL, UPS etc)
We either use Royal Mail or various couriers to keep Delivery costs as low as possible.
Postage and Packaging Prices are dependent upon the weight of the order. We use Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels, Special Delivery, Royal Mail Surface Mail, Airmail, DHL, UPS and more.
SPECIAL RATE HEAVY LARGE ORDERS A 40KG Parcel can travel for just £13 and you can add as many products you like from any category, therefore the more you order the cheaper your order gets.
Delivery Of Products: Products can be Delivered to UK addresses, European and selected Worldwide countries. Electrical items can not be shipped abroad. The address will be that registered with your payment card issuer. We will endeavour to deliver your goods if in stock within 2 - 5 working days (with the exception of weekends & public holidays) but time shall not be of the essence. If we are unable to deliver the goods for any reason you will be notified & will not be obliged to pay for the goods. However, we shall not be liable for any loss, which may be suffered by you caused by any delay of delivery unless caused by our negligence. If delivery of the goods is delayed by more than 14 days, you shall be entitled to contact us & cancel the order. Any monies paid in respect of the goods, which are not delivered, will be refunded.
Returning Products: Other than faulty goods may not be returned after 7 days unless we agree that there is good reason for us to receive such goods back. We regret that we cannot accept returns of the following: Jewellery & oral products for reasons of health & hygiene. If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us as soon as possible. You must return the products to us & we will either replace the goods at no extra charge, or refund any monies paid by you for the goods. We will provide a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you have selected is found to be unsuitable within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in it's original box, in 'as new' condition, unmarked & all packaging materials intact. If you order goods to be delivered to outside of the UK you will be charged as per Royal Mail surface mail prices .
